Nutrition is a vital part of overall health! Main Street Massage and Wellness
offers nutrition counseling in addition to healing arts to create a comprehensive
wellness approach.
Initial Consultation - $150.00 (a savings of $75!)
This program utilizes Nutrition Response Technique to assess the body and to find
nutritional weaknesses. We then create a customized eating plan and recommend supplementation
as necessary to correct and support the body. Recheck visits allow us to monitor progress
and assure that the recommendations made were appropriate.
The cost of the Initial Consultation includes two(2) 1 hour visits. In each visit we will:
•Testing for food intolerances
•Defining your best food options
•Testing for individual nutritional weaknesses
•Creating a customized eating and supplementation plan
The program also explores how your personal lifestyle routines impact your overall health. We also provide
each client with support in between visits.
After the first two appointments each follow-up visit will be $75.00
